Liberia's Acting Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority Hon. George Sylvester Mulbah, is in Dakar, Senegal, for the annual gathering of African CAA Chiefs and Director Generals conference.

The conference, which is now taking place at the King Fahd Place Hotel from August 1 to 2,2023, will discuss, among other things, ways to address the difficulties confronting Africa's Civil Aviation, such as the Significant Safety Concerns (SSC) that have been brought to light by the International Civil Aviation Organization ( ICAO) audits of several African countries including Liberia. 

On the margins of the summit, Hon. Mulbah will have bilateral conversations with a number of DGs in an effort to improve relationships with other CAAs and get collaboration and help on behalf of   the Liberia CAA.
